dc.description.abstract	Celem artykułu jest egzemplifikacja ram konceptualno-teoretycznych partycypacji pracowniczej w zakresie bhp w kontekście znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania, szczególnie systemów zarządzania bhp. Uzyskane wyniki badań przeprowadzonych metodą PAPI wśród przedstawicieli 195 organizacji pozwoliły na zbudowanie konstruktu z wykorzystaniem konfirmacyjnej analizy czynnikowej. Przy użyciu opracowanego konstruktu zbadano wpływ wdrożenia znormalizowanych systemów zarządzania na poziom partycypacji pracowników w obszarze bhp. Badania wykazały, że poziom partycypacji pracowniczej w bhp determinowany jest przez fakt posiadania jakiegokolwiek systemu zarządzania, choć w przypadku wdrożonych systemów zarządzania bhp poziom ten jest istotnie wyższy.	pl_PL
