Abstract

The aim of the paper is to present selected consultant’s roles, when executing counseling process, depending on his/her skills and customer willingness to participate in counseling. This paper describes two models of the counseling process, selected in a targeted manner. The first is chosen for its classical approach, and the second is employed by the author of the article at her work.
