Abstract

Ochrona konsumentów jest jednym z ważnych obszarów bezpieczeństwa społeczeństwa, zwłaszcza na rynku finansowym. Biorąc powyższe pod uwagę kluczowe staje się pytanie dotyczące architektury tego systemu. Celem niniejszego rozdziału jest identyfikacja systemu ochrony konsumentów na rynku usług finansowych. Aby zrealizować ten cel dokonano przeglądu literatury i sprawozdań. W toku badań ustalono, że architektura bezpieczeństwa i ochrony konsumenta na rynkach finansowych obejmuje zarówno regulacje na międzynarodowym i krajowym poziomie jak i instytucje odnoszące się do zbiorowego oraz indywidualnego interesu konsumentów.

Consumer protection is one of the important areas of social security, especially on the financial market. Thus, it has become a key question how is the architecture of the system. The aim of the chapter is to identify the system of consumer protection in the financial markets. Therefore, accomplish a review of the literature and reports. The study found that the architecture of security and consumer protection on the financial market includes regulation at international and national levels and institutions dealing with collective and individual interests of the consumer.
