| dc.description.abstract | The main aim is a review of publications in the area of electronic aggression, especially concerning aggressors legal responsibility. To reach this goal an analysis of various papers (in Polish and English) was taken. The papers were selected due to authors’ output and contribution in area of electronic aggression. In the next step, Polish legal acts were investigated. In effect, it was stated that level of electronic aggression is growing instantly and requires further research. Also Polish law – despite some solutions already taken – demands additional improvements. | en_GB |
| dc.description.abstract | Głównym celem niniejszego opracowania jest przegląd publikacji z zakresu tematyki agresji słownej w cyberprzestrzeni, koncentrujących się w szczególności na odpowiedzialności prawnej agresorów. Na jego potrzeby dokonano wyboru prac polskich oraz zagranicznych, kierując się dorobkiem ich autorów w obszarze cyberprzemocy oraz wkładem, jaki wniosły one w zrozumienie natury badanego zjawiska. W następnym kroku zanalizowano polskie akty prawne. W efekcie ustalono, iż skala agresji elektronicznej nieustannie wzrasta i – choć bogato opisana – wciąż nie jest w pełni poznana i wymaga dalszych badań. W szczególności polskie ustawodawstwo, mimo poczynionych działań w kierunku zabezpieczenia ofiar cyberprzemocy, wciąż wymaga dalszych usprawnień. | pl_PL |
