Abstract

The article is focussed on the role of economic growth policy in the State’s economic policy system. In most countries it more and more frequently becomes a priority policy. According to the author, similar trends cannot be observed in Poland in the 1990s. Today the main attention in the domestic economic literature is focussed on different issues of the stabilisation policy. Moreover, problems of the domestic economy growth, both on the side of theory and policy, do not receive enough attention in business education curricula.
