Abstract
In this article author quantify impact of human capital on economic growth. According to
neoclassical growth theory one of the main determinant of economic growth is stock of human
capital. Author measured stock of human capital using a synthetical taxonomic indicators:
indicator of Strahl, Cieślak and HDI. Variables used in taxonomy survey were connected with
health protection and educational dimension. Analyse covered 22 countries of the OECD in the
period 1991-2001. Parameters of model were estimated using: Ordinary Least Squares, Fixed
Effects Estimator, Random Effects Estimator and Generalized Methods of Moments.
