Abstract

Logistics systematically exceeds the boundaries of the sphere of financial services, introduc- ing new rules of the banking system competitive struggle. Innovative managers are beginning to use it as a tool to improve efficiency and quality of banks. Article gives examples applications of logistics solutions, such as: Quality logistics – quality of customer service bank, Lean Banking (lean bank), Personal Logistics (logistics management of intellectual capital) and Logistics Outsourcing (buying services) dedicated to banking sphere.
