Autorytet kierownika i jego wpływ na zachowania ludzi w organizacji
Abstract
When explaining their actions, organization's employees often stress the fact that „the exam-
ple comes from the top''. This forces (or at least it should) the managers to behave in a certain way,
that is not only ethical, but also resourceful. This article is an attempt to show the link between the
manager's behaviour and the forming of his authority, as well as the influence of said authority on
the behaviour of the people in an organization.
