Wykorzystanie metody oceny stopnia jednorodności produkcji do mierzenia poziomu specjalizacji przedsiębiorstw (na przykładzie Zjednoozenia Przemysłu Maszyn Włókienniczych "Polmatex")

Abstract

Process of specialization of the industrial company consists in reduction of production lines of the company and introduction of its more homogenous character. Both in practice and theory there are missing methods of assessment of the specialization level based on analysis of the production homogenity degree. In this article the author has made an attempt at elaboration of such method. The starting point is application of an appropriate system of production classification and determination of classes of homogenous products. Next, applying five measures and a definite points system we can determine the level of production homogenity of a company. The method has been suappleaanted by a practical example.
