Poziom produkcji w warunkach realizacji zadań inwestycyjnych (na przykładzie wybranego przedsiębiorstwa przemysłu bawełnianego)
Streszczenie
In a cotton company there was carried out an investment project consisting
in launching the production of knitted goods. Economical and technical
assumptions provided for supply of 550 000 mts of knitted goods to
the market still in 1975, with the quantity reaching 2 550 000 mts annually
as from 1976. Full production capacity was to be achieved at the end
of 1975.
When launching production it appeared that none of the assortment lines
as envisaged in the assumptions could be actually produced on the
installed machines. Hence there arose the need for complete abandoning of
the original economical and technical assumptions. The company aiming at
implementation of the quantitative production plan selected a way of
decreasing its labour intensity through selection of production of less
labour-consuming articles. Thus the volume of produced output can be best
assessed when being compared both with data from the assumptions and from
the production plan. Over the period January-May 1976 the company turned
out 80.77 per cent of the projected output (in meters) and only 76,69 per
cent when counted in millions of knitted wefts, while the production plan
for the same period was implemented in 84,38 per cent when counted in
running meters and in 81.13 per cent when counted in millions of wefts.
Only the results achieved in May (after eight months of operation of
the machines) show that the company may shortly reach its full production
capacity.
These changes which resulted from unreal technical and economical
assumptions may undermine the effectiveness of the realized production
task.
