Streszczenie
This chapter
investigates whether factors identified by the European Union as potential sources of
digital exclusion increase the risk of not having or having insufficient skills to use effectively
Information and Communication Technologies among people in Poland who
are 26–65 years old. The author also analyses whether digital skills inequality among
adult Poles is differentiated geographically at the voivodeship level. The paper uses
data from the OECD’s Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies
(PIAAC) study and multilevel logistic regression with a random intercept and
fixed slopes as a method of investigation. It concludes with four policy recommendations
