Streszczenie
The purpose of this article is to present the essence of the demography education quality with
reference to the directions and strategy of country’s development. An aging population, migration,
increasing life expectancy, are just few examples of the demographic challenges facing Poland.
These problems should be seen as crucial in the context of prosperity and competitiveness of
national economy. In accordance to the above it is significant to provide sufficient training of
specialists who will be able to estimate the level of occurrences, their spatial distribution and
socio-economic impacts.
