Abstract

The article moves matters bearing upon of the situation of the family in present societies. In the article the state described is as the subject of the social and the family policy, perceived is in three parts: as the legislator whom marks frames of the kelter of the family, as the organizer of the economic life which with the sentence of respondents has a meaning of principle in the treat of family-decisions and as the inspector (the factor interfering) in crisis situations. The activity of the state marks wharfage circumstances for the kelter of families, as family – (matrimonial, procreative) decisions undertaken by each men to a small extent given reasons are by practical solutions within the framework of politicians in the interest of the family. On the ground passed research in the article one showed different motives of the decision of matrimonial and procreative Poles.
