Abstract

In this article the author tried to describe success and present basic problems connected with definition of success. There are presented individual and social view, which show us how difficult and complicated is answer the question of value of aims and its meaning for universal human’s development. It is described main areas which should be deeply analyzed in order to used conclusions in management practice.
