Nastolatki i ich przyjemności czytania książek

Abstract

W artykule podjęto próbę zdefiniowania przyjemności czytania. W celu opisania postaw młodzieży wobec czytania książek i ich preferencji lekturowych wykorzystano wyniki badania sondażowego zrealizowanego w maju 2010 r., na próbie obejmującej 70 gimnazjów, stanowiącej ogólnopolską reprezentację uczniów kończących obowiązkowy etap edukacji. Zaprezentowano wyniki mówiące o społecznych dystansach w aktywności społecznej. Opisując książki lubiane autorka skupiła się na różnicach w preferencjach lekturowych wynikających z płci gimnazjalistów.

In the beginning of the article the author tried to define pleasure of reading. This paper is based on the outcome of the national survey, conducted in May 2010 on a representative sample of 15-years-old Polish teenagers at the end of compulsory schooling. The results of this research let to describe the place taken by a book in the adolescent‘s everyday life; it means their reading activities and their reading preferences. The paper focuses on the positive aspect of reading attitudes and the answer to the question which books students like to read and how students’ sex differ their reading preferences.
