Abstract

This papers presents a theoretical analysis of the following issues: · A view through economic lenses at the territorial self – government; · The manager in public management; · A coordinative character of management the territorial government entities; The main thesis of this paper is to point to the meaning of management of territorial self – government entities and to the influence of professional management in these entities.
