Wpływ integracji europejskiej na przebieg inflacji w Polsce

Abstract

The article is intended to reveal the impact of the European integration on the process of inflation in Poland. The paper is composed of three parts. The first part deals with presenting the forecasts of inflation after the accession of Poland to the European Union. There are shown the determinants of the probable higher price level in 2004-2010. Part two is also devoted to the analysis of the anticipated rate of inflation in Poland, but after 2010, when the Polish currency is intended to be substituted for euro. Furthermore, some theoretical aspects of the problem as well as various economic forecasts are discussed. The summary and conclusions are formulated in the third part. In addition to this the author points to the need of the antyinflationary policy.
