Streszczenie
The paper summarizes the research on proecological restructurization in Polish industry. It shows how the process of systemic transforamtion in Poland affected the environmental management in industry. There are presented the most important indicators of proecologikal restructurizaton in companies. There are discussed: the role of market rules, the change of environmental consciousness in Polish society, the development programs of some industry sectors with strong impact on environment and the role of European Union in proecological change.
