Wybrane koncepcje zachowań pracowników we współczesnych organizacjach

Abstract

This paper presents the thesis that the behaviors of employees in organizations are multilateral and complex determinants - an expression of what is presented and analyzed various theories (concepts) employee behavior. It is - different, because there is no consensus among researchers in this process, hence the diversity of approach within the meaning of being employee behavior and a whole set of factors that affect the employers’ behavior in the organization.

W opracowaniu prezentowana jest teza, że zachowania pracowników w organizacji podlegają wielostronnym i złożonym uwarunkowaniom – wyrazem, czego są prezentowane i analizowane różne teorie (koncepcje) zachowań pracowniczych. Właśnie – różne, bo nie ma jednomyślności wśród badaczy tego procesu, stąd ta różnorodność w podejściu, w rozumieniu istoty zachowań pracowniczych i całego zestawu różnych czynników mających wpływ na te zachowania pracownicze w organizacji.
