Streszczenie
Synergism is a natural and important part of the organization. It is the phenomenon of synergy, which reinforces the interactions between the organization’s elements. In nowadays approach to the management of the organization, the synergism is treated primarily as the force that improves the quality and efficiency of personnel. This is explicit in the teamwork where it allows to achieve extra energy through collaboration and synchronization. The human and organization capital is, what generates this energy and which constitutes the added value. This allows to take a statement that synergism is the efficiency factor, balancing activities in the organization based on the complementary and reinforcing interactions between individuals, teams, staff management and the concomitant processes and phenomena.
