Streszczenie
Human dignity has been considered by philosophers in the human being itself, as a man is a thinking entity holding the free will. A men has right to dignity regardless of his or her sex, age, race, social position or merit. Owing to its dignity, a man should not have been considered substantively but subjectively. So a man should not be any measure but only an aim for another man. Whether, and to what extent, one can talk about human dignity, when a man agrees to be present in the labour market as so-called workforce, i.e. as an instrument needed in the implementation of any of the purposes of the other? Can we talk about dignity of a human being, who is employed in the labour market, on which he competes with other similar beings, sometimes demeaning himself to meet very existential needs? Here are the problems that are the subject of this article.
