Regionalne programy operacyjne Województwa Świętokrzyskiego 2007–2013 jako źródło finansowania inwestycji infrastrukturalnych w regionie

Abstract

Regionalne programy operacyjne Województwa Świętokrzyskiego 2007–2013 współfinansował inwestycje infrastrukturalne. Inwestycje te stanowią jedno z najbardziej kapitałochłonnych zadań, a co za tym idzie sposób ich finansowania istotnie wpływa na budżety poszczególnych jednostek samorządu terytorialnego (JST). Artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie i ocenę wykorzystania środków pochodzących z RPO WŚ 2007–2013 oraz wykazanie, że środki Programu są korzystnym źródłem finansowania inwestycji infrastrukturalnych realizowanych przez JST z terenu województwa świętokrzyskiego. Przedstawiono RPO WŚ 2007–2013, pojęcie inwestycji infrastrukturalnych oraz ich realizację w ramach Programu, a także efekty rzeczowe zrealizowanych projektów w województwie świętokrzyskim. Zakresem badania objęto lata 2007–2013.

Regional Operational Programme of Świętokrzyskie 2007–2013 co-financed infrastructure investments. These investments are one of the most capital-intensive tasks, and thus their financing significantly impacts the budgets of local government units. The article is to present and assess the use of funds from the ROP of Świętokrzyskie 2007–2013 and demonstrate that the means of the Programme are the preferred source of financing infrastructure investments by the local government units from the Świętokrzyskie Province. The article presents ROP of Świętokrzyskie 2007–2013, the concept of infrastructure investments and their implementation within the framework of the Programme, as well as the tangible effects of completed projects. The scope of the study covered the years 2007–2013.
