Abstract

The authors analyse different problems of the regional policy in Poland focussing attention on such issues as: premises and tasks of the State regional policy in development of a merket economy, internal and external determinants of regional development processes in Poland, determinants and tasks of the intra-regional policy in Poland, and activities of the local self-government as a subject in civil-legal relations.
