Abstract

The subject of this article are negotiations as a didactic method. Theoretically, negotiations educate many skills necessary to the social life. They belong to team building activities which include e.g.: communication activities, problem solving and decision making activities, adaptability and planning activities. This method educates strategies for achieving goals and how to recognize about one’s strengths and weaknesses and many others.
