Abstract
The article deals with analysis of multidimensional structures
as one of propositions in a continuous search' for optimal organizational
structures in enterprises. They represent an innovative
structural solution. The analysis encompasses the very nature of
these structures, their main characteristics, advantages and shortcomings.
There are also discussed some other problems accompanying
multidimensional organizational structures.
