dc.description.abstract | The data includes images of the topography and contact potential distribution for the HOPG surface covered with the MoO3 monolayer. The surface coverage is less than 1ML, allowing the substrate to be partially exposed. The data make it possible to compare the contact potential distribution with the location of the MoO3 layer edge. The topographic image shows edge lifts, which is the result of unbalanced electrostatic forces in this area. | pl_PL |
