dc.description.abstract | W rozdziale omówiono zastosowanie koncepcji kontraktu psychologicznego w realizacji polityki HR przedsiębiorstw logistycznych. W dalszej kolejności przedstawiono wyniki badań na temat mechanizmów działania polityki HR uwzględniającej realizację kontraktów psychologicznych w przedsiębiorstwach logistycznych. Wyniki wyraźnie wskazują, że pracownicy z sektora TSL posiadają wyraźne oczekiwania w stosunku do swojego pracodawcy w zakresie jakości komunikacji, skarżą się na nierównomierne obciążenie pracą oraz nie czują dostatecznej troski i opieki ze strony przełożonego. Dlatego też wysunięte wnioski mogą być pomocne w opracowaniu zasad kreowania polityki HR opartej na kontrakcie psychologicznym. | pl_PL |
