Streszczenie
The aim of the article is to present the main areas that need to be considered when planning and preparing employees’ competencies development. In the first place, employees’ competencies were defined. Next, the properties of adults’ learning process and competencies’ development were explained. Hereinafter, the impact of organizational culture on employee’s development was underlined. Special attention was devoted to such training techniques as interpersonal trainings and coaching. Moreover, the organizational aspects of competencies’ development were given.
