Streszczenie
The aim of this article is to identify the role of HRM standardization in creating of HR quality. HRM standardization is understood as establishing and implementing norms concerning recruiting, remaining and developing HR which are responsible for attaining current and strategic goals of the organization. Standardization is made on three levels: supranational, national and industrial. The sources of the standardization on the industrial level are: law, ethic and praxeology.
