Abstract

The aim of this paper is an attempt to systematize the function of the wages from the point of view of different stakeholders which are located both within the organization and within its close and distant surroundings. The article highlights seven groups of stakeholders and their perception of the fifteen basic functions of wages. To present the problem the authors used approach 360° known from the issues of evaluating employees.
