In the situation of dynamic change in sport clubs it is important to find some ways of management that will improve their functioning. Adopting the business perspective would aware the need of using methods of analysis and evaluating of management processes at the sports clubs. The aim of this article is to present some areas of human resources analysis, which can be used in the sports clubs. After the short introduction there is presented areas, methods and sources of information used for the purpose of evaluating human resource management. There are also shown the some sample analysis that can be used for the volunteers, players and coaches.
