dc.description.abstract | Zaproponowany w artykule projekt rewitalizacji dzielnicy Oudlajan, jednej z pięciu dzielnic historycznego centrum Teheranu, odnosi się zarówno do współczesnych potrzeb tego miejsca, jak i jego potencjału. Projekt odwołuje się do irańskiej tradycji miejsc spotkań i obecnych tendencji do spędzania wolnego czasu w mieście oraz kształtowania (projektowania) inkluzywnej przestrzeni miejskiej. Pod względem celu przedstawiony projekt ma charakter aplikacyjny, a biorąc pod uwagę zastosowane metody, jest badaniem opisowo-analitycznym (jakościowym). Artykuł stanowi ponadto głos w debacie na temat turystyki i rewitalizacji ukierunkowanej na tworzenie miejskiej turystycznej przestrzeni smaku (tourism taste-space). Eksponując perskie uwarunkowania w kształtowaniu food-scape, daje ponadto asumpt do prężnie rozwijających się badań nad turystyką kulinarną i miejską przestrzenią gastronomiczną. | pl |
