dc.descriptionWychodząc z założenia, że zewnętrzna równowaga płatnicza jest tylko jednym z celów polityki gospodarczej kraju, a nierównowagę płatnicza generują i utrwalają przepływy kapitałowe, stany długotrwałej (strukturalnej) globalnej nierównowagi płatniczej należy uznać za naturalne zjawisko w integrującej się gospodarce światowej. Z punktu widzenia stabilności międzynarodowego systemu walutowego narastające nierównowagi mogą jednakże stanowić, poprzez odzwierciedlenie różnorodnych zniekształceń, zagrożenie dla sprawnego funkcjonowania gospodarki globalnej, a nawet stawać się czynnikiem kryzysogennym. Głównym celem pracy jest zatem identyfikacja takich zniekształceń zarówno w gospodarkach narodowych, jak i w funkcjonowaniu międzynarodowego systemu walutowego, które mogą stanowić czynnik destabilizujący dla gospodarki globalnej. Uznając, że akumulacja rezerw walutowych stanowi przykład takiego zniekształcenia, analiza współzależności polityki akumulacyjnej i nierównowag globalnych oraz wpływ tej współzależności na stabilność msw stanowi cel zasadniczy pracypl_PL

dc.contributor.authorBiographicalnoteJoanna Bogołębska ukończyła studia na Wydziale Ekonomiczno-Socjologicznym Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego (kierunek: Międzynarodowe Stosunki Gospodarcze i Polityczne) w 1998 r. Stopień doktora nauk ekonomicznych uzyskała w 2002 r. na podstawie rozprawy pt. Uczestnictwo w Unii Gospodarczej i Walutowej a polityka monetarna banku centralnego. Analiza procesów dostosowawczych na przykładzie NBP napisanej pod kierunkiem naukowym prof. dr. hab. Janusza Bilskiego. Jest autorką ponad 30 publikacji. Jej zainteresowania naukowe koncentrują się na problematyce finansów międzynarodowych, w tym szczególnie mechanizmach funkcjonowania międzynarodowego systemu walutowego, integracji monetarnej i nierównowag globalnych. Brała udział w licznych konferencjach naukowych o zasięgu krajowym i międzynarodowym. Autorka pracuje w Katedrze Międzynarodowych Stosunków Gospodarczych UŁ. Prowadzi wykłady z finansów międzynarodowych, międzynarodowych stosunków gospodarczych, międzynarodowej integracji gospodarczej, polityki pieniężnej wiodących banków centralnych.pl_PL
