Innowacyjne środowiska przedsiębiorczości w kontekście procesów organizacji i regulacji w regionie

Abstract

The notion of the ‘entrepreneurship milieu’ as an environment for the economic and social activity of units has been being used by regional economists for a long time in the analyses and explanation of development processes. Most of theoretical concepts related to formulating the clarification of rules and processes of regions’ development uses in their logic the concept of milieu in its different variations. In recent years, this point of view also began to appear in the activity of institutions responsible for development policy at international, national and regional levels. In a pragmatic approach, the aim of this paper is to identify basic relationships between main factors determining the entrepreneurship milieux, as well as to identify the scope and forms of influence of this milieu on the local development processes. This paper has the analytical and cognitive nature. A direct inspiration for the author’s interests and for the logic of considerations used in this paper is the knowledge that Master (Professor Aleksandra Jewtuchowicz) instilled in the student.
