Alkylierungsreaktionen mit Isobuten an verschiedenen Festkörpersäuren bei Normaldruck

Abstract

Es wird aufgezeigt, daß es mit Hilfe von Festkörpersäuren verschiedener Typen auch im Labormaßstab möglich Ist, diverse Alkylierungsreaktionen mit Isobuten bei Normaldruck durchzuführen. Ähnlich wie in der großtechnischen Anwendung bieten die verschiedenen Festkörpersauren auch hier erhebliche Erleichterungen in der experimentellen Umsetzung bei akzeptabler Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und Selektivität.

In the last few years application of catalysis by solid state acids in chemical engineering increased. On the other hand use of these catalysts did not get any greater influence in laboratory synthesis of organic compounds. Therefore easy way alkylations orientated on technical procedures of alcohols, olefins and aromatic compounds with isobutene in laboratory scale at atmospheric pressure are described.

W pracy opisano reakcje alkilowania metanolu izobutenem, oligomeryzacje izobutenu, oraz alkilowanie anizolu izobutenem i diizobutenem. Podano również sposób przeprowadzenia wspomnianych syntez w warunkach laboratoryjnych, oraz dokonano izolacji i identyfikacji powstających produktów reakcji stosując głównie chromatografię gazową. Reakcje katalizowano różnymi stałymi związkami chemicznymi o charakterze kwasowym.
