Kronika kościelna Kalisza jako źródło do badań nad dziejami miasta Walczak-Niewiadomska, Agata The article presents the issue of Kalisz Church Chronicle written by priest Jan Nepomucen Sobczyn´ ski, the administrator of St Nicolas’ church in Kalisz between 1901–1942. The author brings forward figure of the priest and the construction of the document created between 1901–1938. Events shown in the chronicle have taken place in the St Nicholas’ parish and on the area of Kalisz town. This article tries to remind the value of the document as a important historical source of information.
