| dc.description.abstract | The main attention in the article is focused on analysis of
basic demographic-employment problems faced by Algeria. A very
rapid growth in the number of population being, on the one hand,
a factor of development, produces , on the other hand, numerous
problems for the state connected with education of population and
next its professional activation.
An insignificant share of professionally active women makes it
necessary to effect changes in mentality of the society, and especially
to change social relations in rural areas among others
through eradication of illiteracy and elimination of differences
