Abstract

Dynamic development of science ln the contemporary world, growing subordination of science to requirements posed by technique and economy create a number of problems and reservations including those of the moral nature. In relation to theory, of economy, these reservations find their expression in critique ‘of methods used in evaluation of economic activity , aiming at maximization of benefits in categories of effectiveness and efficiency at the cost of omitting or underestimating its rightness and compatibility with moral standards and system of values binding in given society . This critique is accompanied by conviction about a necessity of changing the previous paradigm of economy, which became no longer adequate to the present economic situation in most countries.
