| dc.description.abstract | Changes in national and local labour markets are an important issue during the period of the Polish systemic transformation. The author presents selected aspects concerning the analysis of regional labour markets. The article discusses the object of studies and selected analytical methods useful for monitoring regional and local labour markets. There are discussed, for instance, such research techniques as: analysis of given economic sectors and employment on the regional scale, analysis of the region's economic base, shift share method, matching function, and so on. The presentation is an attempt to get a better insight into problems connected with analysing regional labour markets. | pl_PL |
