System agrodemograficzny województwa skierniewickiego

Abstract

To delimitate agrodemographic regions in Skierniewice administrative province there was performed a correlation analysis on 11 factors, which characterize the demographic structure of population employed peasant sector of agriculture peasant holdings, mechanization, density of cattle and pigs. Correlation of characteristic features was based on Pearson a correlation coefficient. The performed computations reveal a dose, and direct correlation between selected characteristics and their substitutional character production factors. After performing standardization of each characteristic in analyzed spatial unit there were normalized values contained in the + 4 bracket. Sum of normalized values of characteristics for each rural commune provided a basis for delimitation of agrodemographic regions presented on Figure 1
