The database contains data on selected physicochemical parameters used in correlation analyses. These parameters were measured seasonally as follows: spring (9–10 May 2022), summer (18–19 July 2022), autumn (5–6 December 2022), and winter (27–28 February 2023) in all collected samples of river water, municipal wastewater, and industrial wastewater.pl_PL
The aim of the study was to analyze (i) the impact of wastewater treatment plants and industrial plants on the pollution of the Pilica River, (ii) heavy metal loads along its continuum, and (iii) the typical pollutant patterns in wastewater and river water and the impact of their physicochemical properties. A novelty in the conducted research was the use of two different data calculation methods: Variant 1 – values below the limit of quantification (LOQ) were replaced with the LOQ/2 value, and Variant 2 – LOQ was replaced with the zero value. This database was used to analyze correlations between physicochemical factors characterizing the analyzed matrices and the concentrations of heavy metals identified in the samples.pl_PL
The research was conducted as part of the Farmikro Project, funded entirely by the National Science Centre, Poland, Opus 22 (Project No. 2021/43/B/ST10/01076).
