| dc.description.abstract | EU funds, which are available in Poland in the current programming period, create a huge
opportunity to develop properly in every area of life, but their use will depend largely on the efficiency
of public administration. Therefore, “Technical Assistance” Operational Programme plays
an important role in the context of public administration support. Improving the qualifications of
employees of institutions that support all processes related to EU funds is important both from the
