Kryzys demokracji w Polsce w latach 2014–2022. Analiza przyczyn i omówienie skutków

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zachodzących zmian politycznych w Polsce głównie na przełomie lat 2014-2022. Ukazany zostanie aspekt destabilizacji rządów w kraju, wpływ obecnej sytuacji na jakość życia oraz pozycję państwa na arenie międzynarodowej. Podjęta zostanie próba analizy obecnego ustroju poprzez pryzmat prowadzonej przez rząd polityki we wskazanym okresie. Istotną rolę będą stanowić cechy prawidłowo funkcjonującej demokracji i zestawienie ich z obecnymi realiami w Polsce. Bazą do rozważań będą liczne dokumenty takie jak Democracy Index, Fragile State Index, sondaże społeczne oraz publikacje naukowe i ich analiza. Podany przedział czasowy jest istotny ze względu na zmiany jakie nastąpiły w tym okresie w Polsce. Odnosi się do raportów DI które ukazują, że od 2014 roku notuje się wyraźny spadek jakości demokracji naszego Państwa. Ten niekorzystny trend uwidacznia problemy, które już od paru lat zaczynają przybierać na sile i w bliskiej perspektywie przyczynić się do istotnych zmian w reżimie władzy politycznej, jeśli Polska chce pozostać państwem demokratycznym. Przedstawione zostaną skutki zaistniałych wydarzeń oraz prognoza możliwych scenariuszy na najbliższe lata. Wnioski końcowe będą konkluzją całego procesu badawczego i zawarte w nich treści będą potwierdzały, że Polska jest obecnie wadliwą demokracją. Na poparcie tezy przedstawione zostaną liczne przykłady łamania praw człowieka, wolności słowa i zasad praworządności.

The aim of the article is to present the political changes taking place in Poland, mainly at the turn of 2014-2022. The aspect of destabilization of governments in the country, the impact of the current situation on the quality of life and the position of the state on the international arena will be shown. An attempt will be made to analyse the current system through the prism of the policy pursued by the government in the indicated period. A key role will be played by the features of a properly functioning democracy and their juxtaposition with the current reality in Poland. Numerous documents such as the Democracy Index, Fragile State Index, social surveys and scientific publications and their analysis will be the basis for consideration. The given time is important due to the changes that took place in Poland during this period. He refers to the DI reports which show that since 2014 there has been a clear decrease in the quality of democracy in our country. This unfavourable trend highlights the problems that have been gaining momentum for several years now and in the near future will lead to significant changes in the regime of political power, if Poland wants to remain a democratic state. The effects of the events and the forecast of possible scenarios for the coming years will be presented. The final conclusions will be the conclusion of the entire research process and their content will confirm that Poland is currently a defective democracy. In support of the thesis, numerous examples of violations of human rights, freedom of speech and the rule of law will be presented.
