Testy psychologiczne jako narzędzie skutecznego procesu rekrutacyjnego
Streszczenie
More and more people, social groups and all kind of institutions get their interest in the practical application of professional standardized psychological tests. The term „psychological test” is however often being abused — sometimes it is refered to pseudopsychotests in colour papers and magazines other time all sets of quiz questions and plays are being named this way. This type of misuse of the name is misleading and creates wrong impression among the general public about what the proffesional psychological test really is. Scientific opportunities associated with describing and prediction of human behavior are enormous and still growing. In this context some questions might appear, such as for example: who can be the competent user of proven methods, should the access to testing be differentiated with regard to its application. This research work was supported by the system project “Innodoktorant — Scholarships for PhD students, III edition”.
