dc.description.abstract	W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono wyniki badań na temat determinant liczebności organów statutowych polskich spółek. Autor potwierdził w nim, że na liczebność tych organów wpływają: stopień koncentracji struktur własnościowych, udział w strukturach różnych grup inwestorów, wielkość spółki oraz liczba kobiet w organach statutowych. Występują również związki pomiędzy liczebnością poszczególnych organów. Relacje te zostały wyjaśnione w kontekście czterech teorii: teorii agencji, teorii służebności, teorii zasobowej oraz teorii hegemonii menedżerskiej.	pl_PL
dc.description.abstract	The paper shows results of research on determinants of board size. The author confirmed hypothesis that board size is influenced by company’s ownership concentration, ownership structure, company size, number of women on board of directors and board structure. The relationships were explained in terms of four theories: agency theory, stewardship theory, resource dependency theory and managerial hegemony theory.	pl_PL
