dc.description.abstractW monografii relacje pracy powstałe na podstawie realizowanych kontraktów psychologicznych są rozpatrywane na poziomie indywidualnym z punktu widzenia pracodawcy i pracownika. Takie podejście pozwala na zbadanie i porównanie ukrytych i nieformalnych aspektów relacji pracy obu stron. Nieformalne rozumienie relacji zatrudnienia zazwyczaj przybiera formę postrzeganych zobowiązań (które odzwierciedlają istotę kontraktów psychologicznych) wraz z silnymi normatywnymi implikacjami dotyczącymi podejmowanych postaw i zachowań wobec pracy. Celem monografii jest zobrazowanie kontraktów psychologicznych polskich pracowników w zmieniającym się świecie pracy, a głównym celem badań stało się zbadanie różnic w kontraktach psychologicznych pracowników i pracodawców oraz znalezienie czynników, które wywołują te różnice i kształtują ramy kontraktów psychologicznych. Zastosowany model badawczy został oparty o wyniki badań McLean Parksa i współpracowników [1998] oraz Selsa wraz z zespołem badawczym [2004] proponujących pomiar kontraktów psychologicznych w oparciu o cechy wymiarów.pl_PL
