dc.description.abstractThe author presents four groups of problems in this paper. First, he discusses the concept and goals of an acquisition of enterprises showing economies its provides and its positive influence on an enterprises competitiveness, Secondly, planning has been analyzed as a factor determining success or failure of an acquisition. The findings of numerous empirical studies have been described here. The third group of problems encompasses the stages of planning an acquisition, analys is of an enterprise and its environment, search for and choice of an object of an acquisition and its realization. Fourthly, there are discussed tasks and roles of particular subjects planning an acquisition: the management of enterprise, its headquarters, and colleges or project groups set up in case of necessity.pl_PL
