dc.description.abstractThe last few years have witnessed a rapid development of computer numerically controlled systems used in processes of production. A breakthrough in th is area was application of microprocessor technique. This development has been accompanied by significant changes in organization of production and especially in requirements put before employees in production processes. There could be observed new possibilities in introducing greater elasticity to working time. Analyzing th is problem, the authors point at many inter relationships between modern technologies and future structures of working time. They also consider the impact of systems of numerical control of production processes on their effectiveness.pl_PL
