dc.description.abstractThe author proceeds from an assumption that the role of services in the structure of sales of enterprises producing investment goods has become significant enough for decisions concerning provision of these services to be treated today as strategic decisions ostulating inclusion of these decisions to the strategic planning system in enterprises the author proceeds to analyzing more important external and internal determinants of such decisions.
