Dostępność usług służby zdrowia a możliwości ich komercjalizacji (w opinii organizatorów i korzystających z usług)
Streszczenie
The article presents results of questionnaire surveys con¬ducted among consumers and organizers of health care services and focussed on conditions and possibilities of introducing commercialization to the distribution system of these services. Opinions on this subject were examined within a broader context i.e. against the background of widely-understood evaluation of the existing health care system. The performed studies indicate, among others, that: - a considerable part of the respondents belonging to both populations perceive the existence of specific barriers on the way to using health care services; - organizers of these services perceive, to a much bigger degree, the necessity and possibility of introducing full payments for medical services than those taking them, and they also point at different conditions of such solution; - an anti-commercial attitude tends to predominate among people using these services (more than a half of them voice in favour of the model of free health care services); - in both groups under survey there predominate views about the necessity of diversifying charges for medical services.
